Terrible Service. Mouthy insulting Employee "Kianna" should be fired talking to a customer the way she did. Sat in drive thru while Shake was on the counter. 5 minutes later I got it while they were standing around waiting for food to come up. I ONLY GOT A SHAKE !! Total Disrespect by her..... Will not return to this Hardys unless they get some friendly help.
After they come finish their conversation one of them proceeded to take it no more and when we got it it was half cold
Food was good and hot. Service was friendly and courteous. Large menu with a lot of items.
Long wait, didn't get 2 items we ordered and large curly fries were not even to top of container. No receipt given along with no napkins. Very very disappointed, was in a hurry and kids had to go with out ther food.
I was not greeted at all to Clerk's proceeded to take a conversation while I was standing at the counter.
Got our order wrong and mixed up with someone else. Plus food was not the best
It was not a real great experience beside the point Hardee's is one of my best restaurants I love it!
